WELCOME TO TRAINING ON THE RUN
Several years ago, I engaged Denise to help me renew my exercise
regimen. I was very out of shape, more than middle aged, and really
needed to build core strength so I could shed pounds, gain energy and
feel better overall. Denise seemed to know instinctively what to do in
a way that was totally customized to my needs. She has a good
command of and perspective on current training methods, physiology, health
issues and challenges. Given that she is a serious athlete herself, having
completed several marathons, I trust her views, advice and opinions. She
also continued to vary the workouts, introducing new elements, which
kept things fresh and challenging. Finally, Denise is really fun to work
with and motivated me to keep going and keep working toward my
goals. Denise is organized, personable and client focused. I recommend
her without hesitation.
